Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our Return Policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Please check the products upon delivery. Most items may be returned within 30 days after the ship date for a refund. After 30 days, due to its chemical nature, teeth whitening gel products will not be returned except in the event of the product being defective.

If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Defective, Damaged, or Mis-Shipped Items:

You will receive a refund for the price of the item(s) along with shipping and handling costs for both initial shipment and return freight only for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. For all other items, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Note: Refunds for the cost of shipping a returned item back to us are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. If you return an item via an expedited shipping method, you will still only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.

The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items, unless the items are found to be defective upon opening.  We do not accept the return of broken products caused by misuse.

Proper Conditions For Return and Credit:

Any returns must be 100% complete in original packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories and UPC label and/or unbroken seal. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all product which is returned in its original condition.

The customer will be responsible for both  original shipping and handling and return shipping fee.

Requesting a Return Authorization Number:

To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an item, please call us at (877) 944-8330 within the return period stated above.

Returns will not be accepted without an Authorization. Items returned after 30 days frame will not be accepted.

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your statement.
